Where is the warehouse located?
Our logistics center is in Hilden, Germany. From there, we ship to all countries in Europe.
What makes you unique in terms of sourcing and international footprint?
We are the only importer of Mexican goods in Europe with our own operations in Guadalajara, Mexico, and Baltimore, US. This gives us full control of the product supply chain, from producer to client. Also, we try our best to bring the most innovative products in the Food Industry from Asia and US to our customers in Europe.
Do you deliver to all countries in Europe? What are the transit times?
Yes, we can deliver to all European countries. Delivery times depend on the region and country you are in. For example, if you are based in Germany, the Netherlands, or Spain, delivery takes around 2-4 days. However, for the rest of the European countries, shipping can take between 6 and 10 days.
Can you deliver to Switzerland, Norway, or any other non-EU countries?
Yes, we can. We handle all logistics and import/export procedures.
What type of product labeling is used?
We relabel the products according to EU regulations. Our labels are available in Spanish, German, French, and Dutch. If your language is not listed here, we can provide labeling on an ad hoc basis.
What type of business do you attend?
We only sell to B2B companies: foodservice distributors, shops, eCommerce platforms, wholesalers, cash and carry, supermarket or restaurant chains.

We will quickly act on it and offer you a solution within 12 hours.
Is your catalog static or dynamic?
Our catalogs get update very frequently since we add new products based on seasonality and trends. However, 85% of the catalog is fixed in order to give visibility to our clients in terms of purchase planning.
Are all your products authentic Mexican?
Yes, although we have a small assortment of Tex Mex products from the US.
Do you attend ad-hoc purchase requests?

How long does it take to get and order confirmation and proforma?
Normally, within 1-3 hours.
Do I need to pre-order to secure stock?
For big quantities, we advise our clients to make pre-orders that have a lead time of 30-40 days. With over 400 references, big stock on each item is not guaranteed.
What are the payment method?
Payment can be done via bank transfer in EUR or credit card.
How do you ship the goods? Pallet or courier?
Pallets. We work with 3 logistic companies with European coverage.
Are all the products in English?
No, we can on translated labels ad hoc based on the customer need.
Which courier do you work with?
We ship orders from Hilden, Germany with Schenker, Dachser, Rhenus, and DHL.
