Follow your shipment in real-time with our trusted carriers

At Crevel Europe, we work with two main carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Below you'll find detailed instructions for tracking your shipment based on your assigned carrier.

Check your email

You will receive an email from Crevel with your order/tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.

Open the tracking page

Click the link in the email or go directly to the official tracking page:

Enter your tracking number

Type your tracking number in the search bar and press Enter to check your shipment status.

Number format: Always starts with DEWUP followed by digits (e.g., DEWUP123456789). You'll find it in the order confirmation file provided by your sales representative.

Review your shipment status

You'll see your order in the Schenker interface, where you can:

✓ Track its current location
✓ Check its status (in transit, delivered, etc.)
✓ View movement history

Check your email

You will receive an email from Crevel with your order number and a tracking link.

Open the tracking link

Click the link provided or go directly to the Rhenus tracking page:

Enter your details

Fill in the following fields in the form:

Sales Order Number: Starts with "S" followed by numbers (e.g., S114398 or S114064)

Postal Code: Your delivery postal code

Search and check status

Click the "Search" button and you'll be able to see:

✓ Current status of your shipment
✓ Package location
✓ Estimated delivery date
✓ Route details
